Three days a week our chefs Alberto and Massimo, will illustrate the secrets of the Umbria's kitchen and they will prepare with you dishes from the unique taste describing the characteristics of the products, the phases of workmanship, of cooking and of decoration of the dish. The masterpieces prepared with your hands, will be tasted after the lessons and accompanied by a good wine combined to the course.
